These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Magenta Raine Studios ("we", "us", "our"), including the Cyber Safety with Magenta™ workbook and program. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products are designed for children ages 7–12, but they must be purchased by an adult (18+) who agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf. You confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

All workbook content — including text, illustrations, characters (including Magenta), trademarks, and printed/digital materials — is © Magenta Raine Studios and protected by copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, family, or single-classroom non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share digital copies, create derivative works, or use any portion of the materials for commercial purposes without our written permission. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Discount codes and promotions: Only one discount code or promotional offer may be applied per transaction. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with any other offer, sale, bundle, or promotional pricing. Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be applied retroactively to prior orders, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where codes appear to be misused or used in violation of this policy.

All sales are final. We offer store credit only for verified issues, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, upload malicious code, or use our materials in any way that is unlawful, infringing, harmful to minors, or harassing to others.

We use third-party services to operate this site, including Stripe (payments), email and print-fulfillment providers, and analytics tools. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Our content is provided for general educational purposes only. While we aim to teach age-appropriate digital citizenship, we make no guarantee that any child will avoid every online risk. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their child's online activity.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magenta Raine Studios and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magenta Raine Studios from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Magenta Raine Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
