Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer cash refunds or returns on any product, physical or digital. When you complete checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.

At our sole discretion, we may issue store credit for verified issues, including:

• Items damaged on arrival
• Printing or manufacturing defects
• Wrong item shipped

Email MagentaRaineBooks@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 10 days, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible for store credit.

• Expires 90 days after it is issued
• Non-transferable and tied to the original customer
• Non-redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent
• Applies to future purchases on this site only

Digital downloads and online content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Store credit for digital products is considered on a case-by-case basis only when a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of order submission, or before the order enters fulfillment / has shipped — whichever comes first. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Only one discount code or promotional offer may be applied per transaction. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with any other offer, sale, bundle, or promotional pricing. Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed. If an order is refunded to store credit, the credit issued reflects the discounted amount actually paid — not the original pre-discount price.
